We are a full-service event production company. We coordinate, design and decorate weddings, special events such as sweet sixteens & special birthdays, non-profit functions and corporate events. We are known for creating breathtaking events for clients who wish to go beyond the usual and ordinary and who desire to celebrate their event with a statement of distinctive style and a sense of great panache! We delicately balance shapes, colors, textures, lighting and space to design a sophisticated and elegant ambiance for our clients to enjoy and celebrate their special day with pride and satisfaction.  Our design team is driven with a passion to create unique designs that set us apart from the rest.

PLANNING & COORDINATION

  • Consultation & Advice
    Our initial consult is always free of charge. The goal is to meet you in person to get to know you and understand your vision. We also want you to feel confident that Dahlia Occasions will deliver your event the way you imagine it. We are also available for on-going consultation and advice as you go deeper into you planning and need specific help in working things out.
  • Coordination & Planning Packages
    We offer several different levels or services, or packages, that you can choose from depending on the help and support you need for planning and coordinating your wedding. Weddings are a deeply personal experience and can quickly become physically and emotionally overwhelming as you get closer to your bid day. With help from a planner, your wedding does not have to be overwhelming. It can turn into an experience that you will enjoy and remember for the rest of your life.     • DAHLIA’S HERE FOR YOU
      Expert advice services … For brides who already have a vision for their wedding but need help in getting started and working out finer details. We brainstorm with you and resolve the challenges you are facing. Anything from budgeting, etiquette advice, venue selection to timelines, color coordination, vendor selection and referrals, city permits etc.
    • MY BIG DAY!
      Day of Event services … This is for the “take charge” bride who is on top of her game down to the last detail. She just needs someone to make sure her plans flow seamlessly on her big day. A month before your wedding, Dahlia Occasions will take charge of coordination and remaining details, so that you can get busy pampering yourself. We will take your checklists and fill in the missing pieces. We will make sure that any loose ends of coordination are handled for your selected vendors. We will take your timelines, review them and do the coordination for the actors involved to make sure that everything works well … you get the picture. On the wedding day, we will keep the event flowing seamlessly.
    • PARTNERS IN HAND!
      Roadmap Basic Coordination, Advice & Day of Event services … Dahlia Occasions becomes your expert partner. You have the venue booked and some of the vendors in place, We have your back with the rest of the details. We recommend vendors that are best suited for you. We become your ambassador and follow up and coordinate with your vendors. We will accompany you to site visits, vendor meetings, and food tastings. We screen vendor contracts. Help you create a wedding-day timeline. Keep you on your budget, handle wedding-day details, trouble-shoot to the best of our ability. On the wedding day, we will keep the event flowing seamlessly.
    • KICKBACK, ENJOY & RELAX!
      Full Service Wedding Design & Planning services … This is the highest level of service provided by Dahlia Occasions – one that has helped create memories for a lifetime. You will be involved in all the details of designing and planning with none of the hassles. We recommend vendors that are best suited for you. We become your ambassador and follow up and coordinate with your vendors. We will accompany you to site visits, vendor meetings, and food tastings. We screen vendor contracts, arrange city permits, mail invitations, track RSVPs, help you with floor plan and seating. wedding-day timelines, track your budget, handle wedding-day details, trouble-shoot to the best of our ability and so much more. On the wedding day, we will be there with staff to keep the event well organized and flowing seamlessly.
  • Earn Discounted or Free Planning & Coordination Services!
    We offer discounted or free planning & coordination services when you purchase other services from us:

    • Spend a minimum of $12,000 in decor, florals and linens with us and receive planning & coordination services at a 50% discount
    • Spend a minimum of $17,000 in decor, florals and linens with us and receive planning & coordination at a 75% discount
    • Spend a minimum of $25,000 in decor, florals and linens with us and receive planning & coordination services FREE!
    • Our fees are competitive with planners who are recognized and respected in the industry
